Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, however both of the upper mounting clips are damaged as shown in the photos. We recommend having this installed by a professional with new silicone adhesive to prevent future moisture leaks after installation.

 Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition, however there is some light swirls as shown in the photos. There is also some build up from normal use as shown. The bottom trim is intact just needs to be readjusted prior to installation.
